Followup: Charges dropped against one of those involved in Texas college shooting

Three were wounded at Lone Star College near Houston.

Harris County, Texas, prosecutors have dropped charges against Carlton Berry, the initial suspect charged in last week's shooting at the North Harris campus of Lone Star College. A second suspect, Trey Foster, was later charged in the shooting, which allegedly stemmed from quarrel between Foster and another student.
