Charges dismissed against more Northern Illinois University employees

DeKalb County, Ill., prosecutors continue to dismiss charges related to Northern Illinois University's so-called coffee fund scandal, the alleged scheme in which workers sold university scrap materials and deposited the proceeds in an improper bank account.
