High school renovation begins in Meriden, Conn.

$107.5 million upgrade of Maloney High will take place over 4 years

The Meriden (Conn.) school system has broken ground on a $107.5 million renovation of Maloney High School. Meriden Patch says the upgraded facility will have 260,000 square feet and include a fully renovated pool, auditorium and new wing. Students will not have to be displaced as the renovation takes place in phases over four years.
