Minnesota districts wonder how much security is enough

As the school year begins in districts across the nation, security concerns are testing officials like never before. In Minnesota, The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports, officials not only wonder how to pay for improved and added security, but also grapple with a new equation that adds up differently from district to district: How much security is too much?
