Upscale housing debuts at Temple University

$216 million Morgan Hall offers amenities meant to attract more top students

Temple University in Philadelphia has opened Morgan Hall, a 27-story, $216 million residential complex for students. The Philadelphia Inquirer says the amenities include full kitchens, a 42-inch flat-screen TV in every suite, and fireplaces in the lobbies. The new student housing enables Temple to join schools across the country that are providing more upscale housing to lure more top students.
